🏀 Basketball season is almost here! Registration is officially open for the Paris–Henry County Youth Basketball League! The season runs from December through February, giving kids ages 5-17 the chance to learn new skills, build teamwork, and have fun on the court.
Registration Information
Parents can register their children now at paris.recdesk.com, but don’t wait too long—the deadline to sign up is October 24 and no late registrations will be accepted.
Registration fees include a T-shirt. Costs are $30 for the first child, $25 for the second, and $20 for the third for ages 5–14. For players ages 15–17, fees are $40 for the first child, $35 for the second, and $30 for the third.
Player Evaluations
For players in ages 9 and up, evaluations will be held at Atkins Porter Gym on October 23 and 24. Times are divided by age group: ages 9–11 at 5:00 p.m., ages 12–14 at 5:45 p.m., and ages 15–17 at 6:30 p.m.
Get Involved
The league is also looking for coaches, referees, and sponsors to help make this season possible. Community support plays a huge role in the success of youth sports, and volunteers are always appreciated.
