Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Paris, Tennessee until 9:00 AM, Thursday, May 21, 2026, for Hot Mix, Chert Gravel, Limestone Gravel, Limestone Rip Rap and the Milling, Binder, Resurfacing with Hot Mix Asphalt and Striping of City Streets; and Concrete Products.

Complete specifications, terms, and conditions of bid policy are available online at paristn.gov or via email to jcrouch@cityofparistn.gov. All bids are to be sealed and marked on the outer cover of an opaque envelope “Hot Mix, Chert Gravel, Limestone Gravel, Limestone Rip Rap and the Milling, Binder, Resurfacing, with Hot Mix Asphalt and Striping of City Streets, and Concrete Product.” The City of Paris reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids received. Minority and Women Owned Businesses are encouraged to apply.
The bid opening will be held on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at City Hall.
