As part of the City’s ongoing Brooks Street Drainage Improvement Project, a series of short-term road closures will take place along Brooks Street over the coming week. These closures will allow for sewer relocation and utility service installations needed to support long-term infrastructure improvements in the area.
What to Expect
Work will occur at different points along Brooks Street each day, and access will be maintained for all residents. However, drivers will be asked to use alternate routes depending on where the closure is located.
A temporary back entrance connecting Lark Street to Mockingbird Lane is open and will remain available throughout the duration of this work.
A Google Map showing the closure points is available for residents here:
This map will be updated as the project progresses and can be used for navigation on mobile devices.
