Led by the Levi Miles Foundation and supported by community donations, this new feature will include wide accessible play structures, ADA-compliant restrooms located near the playground, a gated perimeter for added safety, solar lighting and inclusive seating. It also will become Tennessee’s only playground with a Certificate of Inclusivity from Let Kids Play.
In addition to the playground, the City of Paris is installing new ADA-accessible restrooms in the park to improve comfort and access for all visitors.
The playground is expected to open by Labor Day 2025.
