Property owners in the ESN122 district of Henry County will soon receive their annual fire protection subscription billing from the City of Paris. Notices are scheduled to be mailed Wednesday, August 27, and payment will be due by September 30, 2025.
Who Is Covered?
The Paris Fire Department provides fire protection services to both the ESN122 district (the unincorporated area surrounding the city limits) and the ESN123 district (the City of Paris).
- City residents pay for fire protection through city property taxes.
- ESN122 property owners do not pay city taxes for this service and instead pay an annual subscription fee.

- Due to the recent Henry County property tax reappraisal, some property owners may see a slight increase this year.
