About the Landfill: The Paris-Henry County Landfill is a joint operation between the City of Paris and Henry County.  The landfill accepts only 3/4 waste (rock, brush, wood, metal, etc.) from both units of government and the general public.  Also located on the landfill property is a transfer station used to transfer Class I refuse to a landfill operation in Mayfield.  Each year about 21,000 tons of refuse are hauled into the landfill/transfer station for disposal.

 

Landfill Hours: Monday – Friday  7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday – 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  Last trailer allowed to enter 30 minutes prior to closing.

 

Landfill Rates:   Henry County Residents – Household waste: $38.00/ton (Minimum charge $15 for 790 lbs.) Brush/Demolition/Debris: $33/ton (Minimum charge $15 up to 790 lbs.)

Non Henry County Residents – Household waste: $48.00/ton (Minimum charge $25 for 1,040 lbs.) Brush/Demolition/Debris: $45.00/ton (Minimum charge $25 up to 1,111 lbs.)
